How these jackets are built

The interior carries a 100% polyester mesh lining on warm-weather builds, with a removable thermal liner — polyester shell with padding — available as an upgrade for year-round use. S1 stretch panels sit at the shoulders and underarms to allow a full tuck position without binding. External protection uses CE Level 2 certified shoulder and elbow armor as standard; back protector pockets are pre-fitted on every jacket.

Stitching is double and triple where panels meet under load — armhole seams, shoulder joins, and cuff attachments. Brass snap buttons and stainless-steel rivets are used at closure and attachment points throughout.

Fit and sizing

These motogp jacket leather are cut for a racing position — slightly forward lean, snug through the torso, with longer sleeves. If you ride primarily upright, size up one. Full measurement instructions are on each product page. Custom sizing adds no lead time premium on standard builds.

Care

Wipe leather clean with a dry cloth after each ride. Condition with a leather balm every three to four months. Keep away from direct heat when drying — shape retention depends on it.

• What leather is used in RBZ Sports MotoGP jackets?

Jackets are made from genuine drum-dyed cowhide at 1.2–1.3mm thickness. Select builds use kangaroo leather for a lighter, higher-tensile alternative. Both options are listed clearly on each product page.

• Are these officially licensed MotoGP products?

No. These are independently manufactured replica jackets inspired by 2025 MotoGP season liveries. They are not sold under any official MotoGP or team license.

• Can I order a custom size or colorway?

• What CE certification does the protectors carry?

Shoulder and elbow armor meets CE Level 2 certification as standard across all jackets. A CE Level 2 back protector can be added at checkout.

• How long does shipping take to the USA, UK, or Europe

Standard production and shipping time is 2-3 weeks. Express build options are available — contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

• Do these jackets work as a two-piece suit?

Yes. All jackets include a 360° connecting zip and are compatible with RBZ Sports leather trousers for full suit configuration.

• How do I get the right size?

These jackets are cut for a race-forward riding position. Measure chest, waist, hips, and arm length, then compare against the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes or ride primarily upright, the product page notes which direction to size.

• What is your return or exchange policy?

Custom-made and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
