How to Take Your Measurements

Follow the measurement points below carefully. Take all measurements while standing naturally and keep the measuring tape comfortable, without pulling it too tight.

Waist Circumference

Measure around the waist.

Elbow Circumference

Measure around the elbow while your arm is bent at a right angle.

Bicep Circumference

Measure around the bicep while your arm is in a bending position.

Neck Circumference

Measure the neck circumference at the collar, just below the Adam’s Apple.

Chest Circumference

Measure around the fullest part, under the armpits.

Waist Circumference

Measure around the natural waistline.

Hip Circumference

Measure around the widest part of the hips.

Thigh Circumference

Measure around the widest part of the thigh.

Knee Circumference

Measure around the center of the knee.

Calf Circumference

Measure around the widest point of the calf.

Ankle Circumference

Measure around the ankle.

Shoulder to Shoulder

Measure from the top of one shoulder across the back to the same point on the other shoulder.

Neck to Waist (Front)

Measure straight from the neck to the waist.

Forearm

Measure the length from the elbow to the wrist.

Sleeve

Measure from the shoulder joint to the wrist while the arm is slightly bent.

Knee to Ankle

Measure the length from the knee to the ankle.

Waist to Knee

Measure the length from the waist to the center of the knee.

Waist to Ankle

Measure the length from the waist to the ankle.

Inseam

Measure the length from the highest point in the crotch to the ankle on the inside leg.

Neck to Ankle

Measure the length from the neck to the ankle.

Neck to Waist (Back)

Measure the length from the neck to the waist.

Crotch

Measure from the front neck to the back neck, passing between the crotch.
